Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an AR / Staff Accountant to support a key accounting project with a growing organization in Benicia.
? Prepare and post Journal Entries (JEs)
? Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
? Assist with Sales & Use Tax filings and reporting
? Support month-end accounting activities
? Review financial data for accuracy and compliance
? Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements
? Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting
? Strong understanding of reconciliations and journal entries
? Exposure to Sales & Use Tax processes preferred
? Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
